ProPreview is a service that
uses the latest technology in 360° virtual tours.
Q.
What is the difference between ProPreview
and the other providers of 360° tours?
A.
ProPreview uses the latest
technology to eliminate the distortion (the in and out motion) that you see in the older
technology. The optical lenses are the
finest available today, not a simple mirror assembly. You will see your company logo, portrait,
contact information, active links to your website and e-mail along side of the
virtual tour as it runs. You will also
receive a “Clean” tour for the national sites that require “No” info shown
during the tour.

How do I schedule a ProPreview
tour?
A.
By phone, email or just click on the “Order Now” section in the menu bar at the top of
our website.
Q.
What do I need to provide?
A. The address
to the property, the MLS#, your contact information, your email address and a
credit card number. If you have a photo
of yourself on an internet site, we will use that if you like; otherwise send
us a copy of one you would like to use.
Q.
How soon can I get a photographer out to the property?
A. If we have
a photographer shooting in the area, within an hour or two. If not, usually by the next day.
Q.
Do I need to be there?
A. No, just let
us know who we will be meeting and if you have any special request.
Q.
What areas will you shoot?
A. If you don’t
have special directions we will normally shoot the front yard, back yard, living
room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom and master bath. A still shot of the
front of the property will also be taken if requested.
Q.
How long does it take to shoot the virtual ProPreview tour?
A. ProPreview tours usually take about 30
-45 minutes.
Q.
How long before the ProPreview tour
is posted?
A. Once the
images have been taken, we’ll have the
ProPreview tour posted within 2 business days.
Q. Where does the ProPreview
tour
post to?
A. All tours
are automatically posted to HomeSeekers.com at no additional price. We will
also email you a direct link that you can post to your own website, your mls
site and send out to clients. You can
also post to Realtor.com, Homes.com, or Advanced Access if you have a webpage agreement
with these sites.
Q. How do I know when my ProPreview
tour
is posted?
A. You will
receive an email with a direct link to the tour.
Q. How do I pay for this tour?
A. Our
standard form of payment is credit card.
You will receive your invoice by email as soon as it is charged. You can
pay by check on the condition that tour is prepaid for or we receive the check
at the scheduled time of the shoot.
Q.
I do a lot of tours, are there any discounts available for ProPreview
tours?
A.
Yes, we have package prices for those who buy in bulk. Some offices buy in bulk for the use of their

Q.
I want to download the tour to save for use in advertising and client
presentations. Is that available?
A.
Yes, we have a download feature that will provide anyone viewing the
tour to download a copy of the complete tour to their computer. Contact us for more information.
